Nomination Form Instructions
Below is a nomination form designed to surface members that in your opinion, would make potential candidates for the Executive Board positions to be placed in nomination at our next Club meeting on October 25th. It would be great if you, in placing this name as a possible candidate, could have a conversation with that member, and verify that they are indeed willing to accept a nomination and serve on the Executive Board. However, it is not necessary since their name will be discussed at the nominating meeting, and will not go forward unless they are in attendance at that meeting, or have given their written approval for their name to be placed in nomination prior to the meeting on October 25th. This written approval must be received either by regular mail, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This form may also serve as a "self nominating " form to nominate yourself for a Board position. You may complete as many nomination forms as you wish for different members and/or positions or for yourself. All nominations will be tabulated and verified prior to delivering to the nominations committee prior to October 25, 2018.
Nominations via this electronic method will be accepted through October 31, at which time the final ballot will be printed. Nominations after that date must be surfaced at the November 15 election meeting and handled as a "write-in".
